Steven Valle
As a young boy growing up in a Ecuadorian family that absolutely loved listening to salsa music, it was hard for Steven not to fall in love with its rhythmic sounds. Steven started his dance career by enrolling for classes in Lorenz Latin Dance Studio on the summer of 2006.
Steven became part of the LLDS student dance team in the summer of 2007, and in the end of that summer, was recruited onto their semi-professional team, Mambo Clasico. He received experience, exposure, and an opportunity to perform. He performed in many fundraising and charity events as well as many congresses including the Boston Salsa Congress, Washington D.C. Salsa Congress and the New York Salsa Congress. In the summer of 2008 he was asked to become part of the professional team for LLDS and a private instructor.
Currently Steven is a proud member of BAILA Society’s BASo Alto. He is receiving professional training from world-renowned dancers and directors, Ahtoy WonPat-Borja and Daniel Enskat, as well as their repertory dancers.
Steven graduated from Aviation High School in June 2008. He was a member of Air Force Junior ROTC and graduated as a Cadet First Lieutenant. He is currently attending the Institute of Culinary Education, and working towards completion of his training in Culinary Education.
