Tomas Guerrero | Learn More

BASo Partners: Tomas GuerreroSanto Rico, under the artistic direction of Tomas Guerrero, is considered one of the world’s leading dance companies with their dazzling choreographies, powerful partnerwork, and unique style. The international touring company has been in high-demand over the last decade and on average travels to over a dozen countries per year to perform. Located in historic Spanish Harlem, Santo Rico combines the passionate and powerful street style dancing of "El Barrio" with the grace and technical professionalism of modern dance styles.

In addition to his yearly touring schedule, Director Tomas Guerrero has starred in the New York off-Broadway show "Latin Madness" and has performed at Madison Square Garden alongside Salsa superstars like Tito Puente, Oscar De Leon, Marc Anthony, La Sonora Poncena, La India, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Victor Manuelle, Raulin Rosendo, Jose Alberto "El Canario", and Johnny Pacheco.

We wish to thank Tomas for sharing his vast knowledge and experience of Salsa when we trained and performed with him. Tomas pioneered many of the fundamental partnerwork concepts for NY "on2", especially spinning technique, and this endeavor would have not been possible without him.
