BASo students and online members intermediate level or higher will learn an original BASo choreography, train it with BASo's repertory dancers and will perform it at a student recital at the end of the cycle.
Theory: You will learn how to find and listen to performance songs, how a choreography is created and structured and how to create musicality in movement.
Training: You will train just like the BASo repertory dancers, including body conditioning, stretching, spinning, partnerwork, styling and footwork, along with performance techniques.
Technology: The BASo online platform will have all videos of the choreography with music and counts, as well as video instruction for each individual piece of the routine (so that even if you miss a class you can catch up easily).
Recite: You will perform the choreography during a student recital at the end of the performance cycle.
Reminisce: You will get a picture/video diary of the training, your progress, the performance and behind the scenes footage.
